What a fit-out includes

1. Room design

Room size, seating, camera coverage, microphone pickup, screen size and viewing distance, acoustics and lighting.

2. Equipment

Teams-certified video bars, touch consoles, ceiling or table microphones, displays and mounts, supplied with Australian warranty.

3. Installation

Wall mounting, cable runs, network points and PoE, coordinated with your builder or fit-out team.

4. Teams setup

Room resource accounts, calendars and booking, Teams Rooms licensing, wireless content sharing and device management.

5. Handover

Testing with real calls, a one-page guide on the table, and a quick walkthrough for your team.

6. Support

Updates, monitoring and remote support so rooms keep working, with onsite help across Perth.

What is a Microsoft Teams Room?

A Microsoft Teams Room is a meeting room with Teams-certified camera, audio and a touch console that runs Teams itself. Meetings show on the console from the room’s calendar, so anyone can join with one tap — no laptop or cables needed.

Do Teams Rooms need a licence?

Yes. Each room needs a Microsoft Teams Rooms licence, either Teams Rooms Basic or Teams Rooms Pro, which adds management and advanced features. We recommend the right option for your number of rooms.

Can the room join Zoom or Google Meet calls?

Many Teams Rooms systems can join Zoom and Google Meet meetings directly. For other platforms we can add USB or wireless laptop connection so the room’s camera and speakers work with any app.
