Clients with an active managed services agreement have access to 24/7/365 support for critical incidents, in accordance with their service agreement and SLA.
This includes after-hours support for priority issues impacting business operations, such as system outages, security incidents, and critical infrastructure failures.
Important: 24/7 support is available to managed services clients only and is provided in line with the terms and response times defined in your service agreement.
