Tech Support 365 started in Perth in 2015 as a small team of hands-on IT professionals. Not a call centre and not a faceless online store: just people fixing real problems for businesses and households, and explaining what they did in plain English.
Over the years our customers kept asking the same question: “Where can I buy the gear you actually recommend?” So we built a store, backed by the same people who do the support work. Genuine, Australian-warrantied technology, with a Perth team behind it you can actually call.
