All prices listed below are inclusive of GST.

1. Overview

At Tech Support 365, we partner with national IT distributors and couriers to provide fast, reliable delivery across Australia. This policy outlines freight charges, delivery options, cut-off times, and important conditions that apply to your order.

2. Free Metro Freight (Road Freight Only)

Free Local Metro Freight applies when either of the following thresholds are met:

Orders over $1,100 incl. GST, or
Eligible qualifying product promotions (where advertised)

Exclusions

Free freight does not apply to:

Printers
Data cabinets
UPS units
Bulky or oversized goods

Free freight applies to road freight only. Priority / Air services are always chargeable, regardless of order value.

3. Local Metro Freight – Orders Under $1,100 incl. GST

For eligible metro deliveries under $1,100 incl. GST:

Local Metro Road Freight: $18.70 incl. GST

Applies per consignment up to:

25kg dead weight, or
0.10 cubic metres (0.464m H × 0.464m W × 0.46m D)

Available in metropolitan areas only.

4. Priority Next Day Air Freight (Charged by Weight)

Priority air freight is available Australia-wide and charged regardless of order value.

5. Same-Day & Express Metro Delivery

Where available, the following premium services may be offered:

Priority Delivery: 2–4 hours
Fast Delivery: 4–8 hours

Available in selected metro areas. Delivery aims for before 4:30pm. Pricing varies by location and will be confirmed at checkout or via quote.

6. Dispatch Cut-Off Times

Same-day dispatch (interstate & air freight): Orders must be placed by 3:30pm (business days)
Overnight priority services: Orders must be placed by 7:00pm AEDT (where available)

Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or public holidays will ship the next business day.

7. Road Freight Minimums

A minimum road freight charge of $24.20 incl. GST applies for local metro deliveries in:

8. WA Interstate Freight

Free freight from WA into other states is not available due to higher freight costs.

For WA interstate orders, freight is calculated at checkout where possible, or quoted after order placement if required.

9. PO Box Deliveries

Delivery to PO Boxes is only available via air freight
If a PO Box delivery exceeds size limits, we will contact you for a physical address before dispatch

10. Pick-Up from Warehouse

No freight charges apply to orders marked Pickup.

Collection times: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Excludes public holidays

11. Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available. If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
